  • This plan is available for only foreign customers.
  • Changing plans is limited to within the Welcome Prepaid Plans only. Any remaining period and unused allowances from the previous plan will be carried over to the new plan.
  • You can use the provided allowances within 30 days from the monthly payment date. There are no refunds for the charged amount, and any remaining balance will not be returned upon cancellation.
  • If the balance is exhausted, the validity period expires, or the stay period ends (D-day), outgoing calls will be suspended (incoming calls will still be possible). If you do not recharge or verify your identity, both incoming and outgoing calls will be suspended after 14 days (D+14), and the plan will be automatically terminated after 44 days (D+44).(Example: If you subscribe on March 1 and use the service until March 30, and the balance is exhausted on March 31, outgoing calls will be suspended from March 31 to April 13, both incoming and outgoing calls will be suspended from April 14 to May 13, and the plan will be automatically terminated on May 14.)
  • Various discounts (such as bundle discounts), point accumulation, memberships, phone rentals, roaming, and some (additional) services available in postpaid services are not offered.
  • When transferring a number from our prepaid to our postpaid service, any remaining balance on the prepaid account will not be carried over, and there will be no refund for the remaining balance.
  • When transferring a number from our postpaid service to our prepaid service, all existing benefits, including mileage, points, and long-term membership discounts, will not be carried over and will be lost.
    - For customers who withdraw after transferring to prepaid, any remaining balance of the charged amount will not be refunded
    • The LTE Welcome Prepaid Plan allows unlimited usage at the following maximum speeds after using the basic provided data: Welcome 5_Prepaid at 5Mbps, Welcome 3_Prepaid at 3Mbps, and Welcome 1_Prepaid at 1Mbps.
    • Under the Data Fair Use Policy (FUP), service may be restricted, blocked, or terminated if it causes network congestion as outlined below.
      • In cases where the service is provided, whether for a fee or free of charge, to a third party (including service providers that offer networks or software for content transmission or act as intermediaries in content delivery) for business purposes, or when the customer themselves uses the service for business or similar purposes.
      • In cases where a server (such as Web, FTP, Mail, News, or Gaming) or a temporary storage device (including personal computers) is installed and provided to oneself or a third party for business or similar purposes, or where such use is enabled.
      • In cases where a separate sub-network is configured to use the service, or where the service is used by connecting more devices than the number agreed upon with the company.
      • In cases where devices such as CCTV or M2M (Machine to Machine) units are used for purposes other than personal use.
      • In cases where the use of services that generate large volumes of data in a short period causes network congestion, resulting in degraded service quality for general users.
    • This plan includes HD voice for domestic voice calls.
    • When the allocated monthly usage is exhausted (with charges applied based on actual usage), voice and additional calls are charged at 1.98 KRW per second, and video calls at 3.3 KRW per second (including VAT).
    • Messages included in the plan are deducted equally — one message each for SMS, long messages (LMS), and multimedia messages (MMS).
    • When the monthly allowance is exhausted (with charges applied based on actual usage), SMS (short messages) are charged at 22 KRW per message, LMS (long messages) at 33 KRW per message, and MMS (photo/video messages) at 220 KRW per message (including VAT).
    • This plan is available for use within the basic allowance (data, video/additional calls, texts) for 30 days starting from the time you subscribe and recharge.
    • You can recharge at KT Plaza, KT stores, KT.com, My KT, by calling ARS 1500, or through the KT Customer Center.

    • Once the validity period expires, any remaining balance will be lost, even if unused.
    • If the balance is exhausted, the validity period expires, or the stay period ends (D-day), outgoing calls will be suspended (incoming calls will still be possible). If you do not recharge or verify your identity, both incoming and outgoing calls will be suspended after 14 days (D+14), and the plan will be automatically terminated after 44 days (D+44).     • When a recharge is made while a balance remains, the new validity period is extended by adding the recharged amount to the remaining period. (However, the total validity period cannot exceed 730 days from the most recent recharge date.)
    • Refunds are not available for the amount charged, and any remaining balance will not be returned upon cancellation.

    • If you haven't registered with a foreigner identification number, you can only use the service for 90 days. However, if you visit a store for real-name verification, your usage period can be extended.
    • While real-name verification is in progress, you can only recharge at a store. Until verification is completed, service use will be limited.
