How to Get a Prepaid USIM
Use ARS
Call 1500 (free) or 016/018-200-6500 (charged) to top-up and check the balance.(You can top-up with a credit card or check card. Credit card is accepted only between 09:00 and 20:00)

- You can use the service for as much as you prepaid. Each prepaid plan has an expiration date. The balance after the expiration date will be null. No cancellation or refunds are offered for the prepaid amount.
- If you use up the balance during the period of use (e.g. 60 days for 10,000 won), you will not be able to make calls. From then on, you can only receive calls until the 14th day after the period expires, and both incoming and outgoing calls will be disabled for 30 days afterward. The service will be automatically cancelled subsequently.
- If you top-up before the period expires, the existing period will be extended (for a maximum of two years). In this case, the period for kt Mobile to Mobile Voice Call, which is provided as additional benefits, will not be added up and will be automatically withdrawn on the expiration date.
- You will not be eligible for various discounts (combined discount, etc.), point saving, membership, phone lease, roaming, etc. You will not be eligible for some (additional) services that are offered with the prepaid service. (real-time deduction disabling service, etc.)
- The amount in balance after switching carriers between pre-payment plans to post-payment plans will not carry over, and the balance will not be refunded.
- For customers switching from a post-payment plan to a pre-payment plan within KT, all benefits, including mileages, points, and long-subscription benefits will not be carried over, but become null.
- For customers who switched carriers with a prepayment plan and withdrew afterward, the prepaid amount in balance will not be refunded.

- There are no subscription fees, basic rates, and contracts. The charges according to the calls/texts used will be deducted from the prepaid amount, which makes it an inexpensive plan.
- It is convenient because you can prepay in various methods, including automatic payment and online payment.
- With the 30,000 KRW and 50,000 KRW plans, you will be entitled to the ‘KT Mobile to Mobile Voice Call’ service to save on charges.
