- Unlimited data is included, but if your daily usage exceeds 150GB, speeds may be limited to 100Mbps for the rest of that day.
- Full gigabit speeds are available only if your PC LAN card or laptop network card supports gigabit internet.
- No refunds are provided if you change your contract or cancel early for personal reasons.
- In the event of early termination, service and Wi‑Fi fees for the remaining period are non‑refundable (refunds are only available if the provider is at fault).
- The installation fee and equipment deposit are charged separately.
- For Prepaid Internet sign‑up: Installation fee ₩36,000, equipment deposit ₩20,000.
- For Prepaid Internet + Wi-Fi sign‑up: Installation fee ₩65,000, equipment deposit ₩65,000
- For Prepaid Internet + Wi‑Fi (12‑month plan) sign‑up: Installation fee ₩36,000, equipment deposit ₩65,000
- Modems and Wi‑Fi routers must be returned within 6 months after service cancellation at a nearby KT Plaza.
- The equipment deposit will be fully refunded upon return. If the equipment is not returned, or is damaged or lost for reasons attributable to the customer, the deposit will be withheld.
- The Wi‑Fi service provided with the Prepaid Internet + Wi‑Fi plan uses the GiGA WiFi Wave 2 device.
- Prepaid Internet cannot be bundled with other services (such as IPTV or mobile).
- Discounts are already included in prepaid plans, so additional discounts (family, welfare, installation fee discounts, etc.) do not apply.
- Prepaid Internet plans cannot be converted; the prepaid internet Wi‑Fi plan is only available for new sign‑ups.
- Service extensions must be requested by the expiration date through customer service or at a service center in person.
