- For the deposit, return the modem to a local KT Plaza within six months after the plan is terminated and receive a refund for the deposit (20,000 KRW) in cash or have it transferred to your bank account.
Dispatch cost
- 36,000 KRW / trip (including V.A.T.)
- After February 20, 2023, an additional charge of 45,000 KRW is applied for dispatch during weekend, holidays and evening hours.
Subscription and precautions
- The maximum speed may be different from the actual speed at which the service is provided depending on the communication equipment at the installation location and device.
- There is no limit on data, but the speed will be limited to a maximum of 100Mbps for the day if usage exceeds 150GByte/day.
- The service is provided at the normal speed only when the PC LAN card, laptop network card, and other equipment support giga internet.
- If you wish to extend the period of service, request for an extension one day before expiration to extend the term with the same package.
- The extension cannot be arranged at the customer center on holidays (i.e. the day before the expiration is a holiday). Request for extension beforehand.
- You may not change package or request for a refund during the period of use.
- Expiration date: Opening date + Number of months in the subscription – 24:00 for 1 day, (e.g. For a three month plan opened on June 26, it will expire at 24:00 on September 25)
- You cannot subscribe to additional services (Clean Eye, etc.), TV, IoT, etc.
- You cannot change name, switch plans, or pause the service.
- When the modem is not installed, charges for modem use (4,400 won) and deposit for modem (20,000 won) will be refunded during or after the period of use.
